🌿 Bushes, Meadows & That One Wall – The "Good Luck Out There" Loop 💪🌞

Things kick off at meter 5 – and it’s already getting spicy:
Duck your head, dive through the hedge, overcome random obstacles.
We’re not easing into this one. 😬

At around 2 km, surprise!
A cute little staircase climb. You’re welcome – we want you to really feel the tiny bit of elevation gain on this route. 🫡

Just 300 meters later, it gets tricky again:
Look out for a barely visible right turn across a meadow, just before the pear tree and the fence.
No signs, just vibes.
Best advice? Ignore your intuition, trust your GPS. Always.

Between Gispersleben and Kühnhausen, more minor obstacles await.
Nothing too wild – if you’ve made it this far, you’ve already proven your resilience. After that, the route starts to flow a bit, in the very limited way that almost-flat terrain can. 🛼🌾

Expect the occasional meadow path trying to test you again, but hey – you’re warmed up now.

At km 15.5, veer diagonally into the forest. Feels a bit off, but it’s real – and actually a super chill stretch.
Soak it up until you hit the Alperstädter See – perfect zone-out section. 🌊✨

At km 31.7, blast down the wall straight to the lake – but heads up:
No running over swimmers. Be cool.

Shortly after, a right-hand detour takes you back over the wall
and yes, whoever clears it cleanly gets a gold star 🌟.
It’s a tight, awkward little section. We believe in you (barely).

Stay alert for the next bits:
Km 33.5 – watch for concrete blocks!
Don’t lose a pedal – or a limb.
At km 35.9, you’ll need to cross a road carefully.
Then at km 37.3, do NOT follow the road – stay left onto the meadow path.
Again: GPS over gut feeling.

Heading towards Roter Berg, after crossing the highway, stay sharp in the curves – ruts are out to get you. 🌀

Km 39.5 brings the grand finale:
Sharp left through the brush, just past a tree.
Don’t panic – it’s only briefly bushy, and then you’re almost done.

Final bit on Roter Berg / Straße der Nationen
if needed, hop on the road for a sec, then left at the bus stop, up the curb, and enjoy the last few trail meters before the finish line.
